One of my really good friend DJ was badly burnt over the weekend when a fire broke out in his apartment in SF. He pretty much sacrificed his skin (literally) to save the apartment he shares with his lovely lady Lauren. He sustained some gnarly burns, and needs YOUR HELP to pay for his upcoming crazy hospital bills.
Visit the link above and donate what you can, if you can. I don’t usually do this kind of thing, but DJ is honestly one of the sweetest humans I know, and his lady is super talented (and also sweet) and buy her necklaces. Or donate.
The internet might recognize DJ from his time working at TCB Couriers or modeling for Cadence or from cross racing or just being awesome in the streets.
Help if you can.
Jesus fucking christ. DONATE. DON’T ASK QUESTIONS. JUST DO IT.
give DJ your money or i will beat you savagely
My coworker saved his house from destruction, now he needs your help!
I passed 45 dudes and still finished in the middle of the field. Talked to my bro Kyle Murphy after the race and he had some good things to say. “Some times the race starts before the race.” Don’t put your self in a bad spot even before the gun goes off. Even Mike was yelling move up as we lined up. Little bobbles during the race take small amounts of time here in there but when you line up at the back of a field 100 riders deep well there is all ready one strike against you.
So, over in Facebook land, everyone is all like, “OMG BREAKING BAD” except that Breaking Bad is a TELEVISION SHOW. You know? Like, yeah, well done and everything but IT IS NOT REAL.
Do you know what is real? The fact that the “conservative” factors in our government are threatening to SHUT DOWN our government in order to keep us, the working class, from having access to health care.
THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING. THIS SHIT IS REAL. The next person who says anything to me about a mother fucking TELEVISION SHOW, I’m gonna punch in the face. I’m sorry that your mind is so small that TV is all that you have the attention to focus on. Or maybe you have such a good job and you make so much money and you’re just like, so healthy, that the struggles of someone without health care are just like, beyond your scope of thought.
A handful of months ago we started planning our expedition to San Francisco, California. For Anita, it was mostly business as we would arrive a week early for her official stay and attendance to Graduate school at San Francisco State University for the next two years, but for me it was…
